What We Do

As an experienced software house, we have developed our own internal management systems for the services we provide. This gives us access to the information we need quickly and easily, which in turn allows us to provide a better service.

We carry out full remote monitoring of all onsite hardware to ensure the information we have about your systems is up-to-date and a Support Desk which is open 8-5 Monday-Friday. Most queries can be resolved remotely but we also commit to an 8 hour response for any system failures that may occur.

We regularly consult our customers and present solutions rather than products. Whether you are changing the way you operate, moving office or just looking to increase performance we have a solution to meet your budget.

Support We Offer

The different types of support we offer are:

Ad-hoc chargeable support -onsite or remote support appointments.

Pay as you go support – customers can have a pre-paid pot of time that you can use as and when you need it.

Annual support contract – Our most popular and best value support option. This can include or exclude a visit per quarter to conduct preventative maintenance tasks across all supported.
