One of our most popular products at the current time is the Microtest Batch Scanning package. This allows surgeries to quickly scan-in paperwork, then store it against the patient records. Optional category information can be added, and documents can be viewed with a variety of filtering options. Batch Scanning can be combined with Microtest Workflow (also available separately) for a fully audit ted task and document management solution. Features such as distribution lists, due-by dates and electronic annotation improve efficiency and reduce paperwork in the surgery.

Looking to reduce waiting room times, and free up staff for other duties? Microtest Arrivee provides a touch-screen booking in system, where patients can select their date of birth and sex from a straight-forward kiosk. Arrivee uses bright, high contrast colours and familiar symbols (such as male & female 'toilet' icons) to keep the system easily accessible for all but the smallest groups of patients. Once booked-in, Arrivee automatically updates the clinical system/s and directs the patient to his/her appointment.

Outside of the surgery environment, the Microtest Drug Formulary Tool is a useful PCO product designed for the creation and management of RFA99 v1.2 XML drug formularies. The tool allows formularies to be exported for use on any fully RFA99 v1.2 compliant system (incl. Microtest, InPS, EMIS)

Connecting for Health (formerly the NPfIT) is changing the face of primary care, and Microtest are at the fore-front of this changing marketplace. We are developing robust, user-friendly products, to work with the CfH and Spine requirements. Our CfH / NPfIT products include an integrated ETP (Electronic Transfer of Prescriptions) module, CaB (Choose & Book) referrals and such like.
